Andy Georgelakos, principal, joined KLNB in 1985 and now is the Managing Partner of KLNB, LLC which includes the 5 offices of NAI KLNB and KLNB Retail. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Georgelakos was the recipient of the 1995 Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors’ “Transaction of the Year Award.” Andy was recognized as one of the top 5 real estate brokers in the Washington Metropolitan area by the Corridor Business Journal and received the “Heavy Hitters Award” by the Baltimore Business Journal. Having previously served as Sr. Account Manager for NAI (the world’s largest commercial real estate organization). Jack Regler joins NAI KLNB from GVA Advantis where he was a senior member of the Advisory Services Group specializing in tenant and landlord representation, as well as investment sales, throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Prior to joining GVA Advantis in 2006, Jack spent three years as an agent with NAI Mertz Corporation in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation in the local industrial and office market of Southern New Jersey.
