Brian Ball joins NAI KLNB after chairing GVA Advantis’ Advisory Services Group for 24 years, specializing in consulting and representing professional and corporate clients in leasing, sales and joint venture transactions both locally and nationally.
Prior to joining GVA Advantis, Mr. Ball was a founding member and managing partner of Larson, Ball & Gould, Inc. Mr. Ball began his career with Shannon & Luchs Company, helping to develop the company’s commercial real estate division.

Andy Georgelakos, principal, joined KLNB in 1985 and now is the Managing Partner of KLNB, LLC which includes the 5 offices of NAI KLNB and KLNB Retail. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Georgelakos was the recipient of the 1995 Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors’ “Transaction of the Year Award.” Andy was recognized as one of the top 5 real estate brokers in the Washington Metropolitan area by the Corridor Business Journal and received the “Heavy Hitters Award” by the Baltimore Business Journal. He was also the recipient of the 2004 Washington Business Journal’s “Suburban Transaction of the Year Award” for the sale of the 540,000 SF WorldCom Headquarters. Prior to joining GVA Advantis in 2006, Jack spent three years as an agent with NAI Mertz Corporation in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation in the local industrial and office market of Southern New Jersey. Jonathan Salzberg is a Financial Analyst in the Washington, DC office. He specializes in providing lease analysis, financial modeling, market insight and various other forms of research.
