Company Experience

Marc Tasker joined KLNB in 1998 and specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. He has over 15 years experience in commercial brokerage and focuses on development, sales and leasing in Northern Virginia. Marc was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2002 and has completed sale and lease transactions in excess of $70 million in the past two years. In 2004 he earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

• Represent Myers Station Investments (LRT), LLC in the leasing of 7620 and 7630 Little River Turnpike, a 140,000 SF office park in Annandale, Virginia.
• Represent Prologis in the leasing of their Dulles and Springfield Industrial Portfolio: Dulles Commerce Center and 5617 Industrial Drive with over 550,000 SF.
• Represent FRP Properties in the leasing of Patriot Business Center: a 700,000 SF flex/industrial park in Prince William County.
• Represent RREEF in the leasing of Airport Commerce Center: a 428,000 SF flex/industrial park in Dulles, Virginia.
• Represent Curtis Investments in the leasing of 8308 Cinder Bed Road, a 100,000 SF industrial building in Newington, Virginia.
• Represented Seefried Properties and DCT Industrial in the leasing of their new 500,000 SF Dulles Summit project.
• Represented Merritt Properties in the leasing of Beaumeade Corporate Park, a 545,000 SF flex and industrial park in Dulles, Virginia.
• Represented Kettler in the office leasing of Lorton Station Town Center and Lorton Station Marketplace.
• Represented Kettler in the office leasing of County Center, a 60,000 SF Class A office building in Woodbridge, Virginia, across from the Prince William County Government Center.
