In addition, 22 office and industrial/flex buildings containing over 1.5 million square feet were sold. Brokered the joint venture partnerships that developed the mixed use Tysons II and the Reston Town Center. Ten build-to-suit office projects, including KPMG Peat Marwick, the Aerospace Corporation and General Dynamics Corporation totaling over 1.7 million square feet.
