Company Experience

Josh Simon joined KLNB in the Summer of 2011. Mr. Simon assists local and national clients in Northern Virginia with their office and industrial space requirements. He represents both Institutional and Private ownership groups, advising them on their portfolio, and providing a comprehensive real estate strategy. He also consults a wide variety of Tenants in the market, ranging from government contractors, technology firms, and associations to those within financial and legal sectors. He helps these organizations by creating a plan which includes financial analyses, acquisitions, dispositions, lease and sale negotiations.
