Background

Jonathan Salzberg is a Financial Analyst in the Washington, DC office. He specializes in providing lease analysis, financial modeling, market insight and various other forms of research. By providing property, portfolio, lease abstracting and lease liability cost analyses, Mr. Salzberg provides comprehensive information in order to help clients make informed business decisions.

Prior to joining the Investment Sales Team in the Washington, DC office, Mr. Salzberg worked with CoStar Group in both a research and sales role. In addition, he previously worked with The Palmer Team, an Investment Sales Brokerage, in Sacramento, California.
