Company Experience
Allan Riorda, SIOR heads the Industrial/Office Department of NAI KLNB’s Columbia office, focusing on the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Prior to joining NAI KLNB, in 1987, he was associated with Latter & Blum, a real estate firm in New Orleans, where he was involved in the sale and leasing of distribution and warehouse facilities. He received his B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana State University and is a member and past President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He was named Principal in 1997 and is Secretary of KLNB, LLC.
