Scope of Experience
John Richards has over twenty years of real estate experience that includes leasing of office and industrial spaces, investment sales transactions, valuation consulting and commercial appraisal. He has served clients such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Resolution Trust Corporation, major financial institutions, real estate developers and investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Mr. Richards has been qualified to testify as a real estate expert in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Since joining NAI KLNB in 2006, Mr. Richards has closed over $20 million in commercial real estate transactions which include office and industrial leases, land sales and investment building sales.

- Represented Regency Centers in the sale of land at Lorton Station Town Center in Lorton, Virginia.
