Joe has specialized in the leasing and sale of office real estate since 1985. Prior to joining NAI KLNB, he was a Vice President for Casey/Oncor for ten years, as well as, an office broker for Colliers Pinkard for four years. Mr. Nolan has represented landlords in the leasing of some of Greater Baltimore’s most prestigious office buildings, as well as companies throughout the United States. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has won several awards from both Oncor International and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. He is married with three children.

• Represented Corporate Office Properties in the 94,000 square foot lease of office space to Tessco Technologies
• Disposed of 88,000 sf office and laboratory building and twelve acres for Mine Safety Appliance
• Represented MCI in the lease of 74,000 square feet of office space
• Solidified leasing of 120,000 sq. ft. for TA Associates at 303 International Circle
• Assisted in $18,000,000 sale of 303 International Circle
• Completed over 125 real estate transactions on behalf of EA Engineering, Sciences & Technology
• Represented Danfoss in 43,000 sf build to suit for North American headquarters
• Represented FutureHealth in a long term lease for 30,000 square feet of headquarters office space
• Restructured lease on 28,000 square foot laboratory on behalf of Mayo Clinic in Boston, MA
• Sold seven building portfolio of Lucky Convenience Stores to multiple buyers
