Michael T. Mull has been working in the commercial real estate industry for the past 10 years. He has focused on the sale and leasing of office, industrial and investment properties and negotiating for corporate tenants as well as regional developers/owners. Prior to joining KLNB, LLC, Michael was associated with Corridor Commercial where he covered the office/industrial markets throughout Anne Arundel, Howard, and Baltimore Counties.

• Represented IFMC in the leasing of a new LEED-certified 35,000 square foot regional office in Columbia, MD
• Represented Continental Realty in the leasing of a 200,000 square foot business park in Bare Hills, Maryland
• Represented FutureHealth in the leasing of a 40,000 square foot headquarter office in Hunt Valley, Maryland
• Represented Continental Realty in the $10.7 million sale of three office/flex buildings (102,000 square feet) in Millersville, Maryland
• Represented LifeStar Response in the leasing of two regional offices (25,000 square feet - Baltimore and 15,000 square feet - Washington)
• Represented National Instrument in a newly developed 250,000 square foot business park in Westminster, Maryland
• Represented Elias Wilf in the leasing of a 25,000 square foot distribution facility in Owings Mills, Maryland and 15,000 square foot facility in Plainfield, NJ.
• Represented W.O. Grubb in their acquisition and site development of land for a new 30,000 square foot headquarter facility in Baltimore, Maryland
• Represented Helion Technologies in the $2.5 million purchase of a 22,000 square foot office building in Timonium, Maryland
