Company Experience
Over the past 18 years, Craig has specialized in the sale and lease of office, research & development facilities and land in Anne Arundel, Howard and Prince George’s counties.
Prior to joining KLNB, LLC, in 1990, Craig worked at Chemical Bank in New York where he specialized in corporate and real estate lending. In addition to his brokerage knowledge, Craig grew up in the real estate industry, coming from a family including three generations of real estate developers. As a developer, Craig has designed, built, leased and financed five (5) Class A multi-story office buildings in excess of 200,000 SF within the past four years. Craig and his family reside in Annapolis, MD.
