Michael Moran has been working in the real estate industry since 1994. Prior to joining NAI KLNB, he was a partner in East Coast Realty, Inc., a Boston-based realty firm specializing in the sales and leasing in Boston’s Back Bay. Michael now specializes in the leasing and sales of land, office leasing, distribution and warehouse facilities in Howard and Anne Arundel Counties.

• Landlord Representation: Recently represented H & H Rock Realty for the sale of 2 prime hotel development sites in Columbia, MD
• Landlord Representation: Represented over 15 local and national landlords for leasing in the Baltimore-Washington market
• Landlord Representation: Represented Rock Realty at 6800 Deerpath Road in leasing entire 60,000 sf building preconstruction
