Company Experience
John Milligan joined NAI KLNB in 1998, where he exclusively represents private and corporate users with their leasing, acquisition and disposition requirements in the Greater Washington DC area.
While John’s focus is the Northern Virginia commercial real estate market, just outside the District of Columbia, he has also managed national multi-market office and industrial requirements for corporate tenants.
During his 28-year career in commercial real estate, John has been responsible for project marketing, site searches, negotiations, and other corporate functions such as civil engineering, architectural, legal, financing, and space design.
Prior to joining NAI KLNB, John was associated for seventeen years with CB Richard Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services. Earlier, he also managed 21 distribution centers nationwide for Federal Supply Service of GSA.
