Kevin Goeller, Principal, KLNB, LLC has been specializing in landlord representation of business parks in Northern Virginia for the past 20 years. As the prior owner of a Northern Virginia commercial brokerage firm, Kevin focuses on the development, sales and leasing of business parks throughout the Washington Dulles International Airport region. Kevin holds the professional designations of Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is the present regional director for the Northern Virginia chapter. He is also a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Associations of Realtors (GWCAR).

• Presently representing Winthrop Group in the development and leasing of 270,000 SF of flex/retail at Dulles Town Center.
• Represented WorldCom/Federal Government in building dispositions, 480,000 SF, in Northern Virginia.
• Represented MIE Properties in the acquisition and presently leasing 1,200,000 SF of flex space in the Dulles Technology Corridor.
• Represented AMB/Seefried Development in the acquisition and lease-up of 488,000 SF of industrial/flex space at Dulles Airport.
• Represented AMB/Seefried Development in the acquisition and lease-up of 220,000 SF of industrial/flex space at Dulles Airport.
• Represented Cabot Industrial Trust in the acquisition and presently leasing 173,000 SF of flex/retail office space at Dulles Town Center.
• Represented Cabot Industrial Trust in the acquisition and lease up of Cabot Tech at Beaumeade, a 164,000 SF flex/industrial park in Loudoun County.
• Represented Westmark Realty Advisors in the lease up and sale of Van Buren Business Park in Herndon, VA, a 5 building, 108,000 SF office/flex park.
• Represented Wal-Mart in a local disposition of a 140,000 SF building in the Dulles Corridor.
• Represented Reynolds Metals Corporation in local disposition.
• Represented the Ward Corporation for the lease up of Leesburg Airport Business Center, a 350,000 SF flex/industrial business park.
• Represented the FDIC, Bank of Maryland, and Sovran Bank in numerous building dispositions.
• Represented a private family trust in a disposition of a planned urban development of over 800 acres to a regional homebuilder and developer
• Sold over 700 acres of development ground in the Washington Dulles International Airport area
• Represented a family partnership disposition in a unique assemblage of multiple properties, totaling 380 acres, to a national homebuilder
