Company Experience
Timothy Gardner’s career in commercial real estate began over a decade ago in the in the environmental field at Brook Environment & Engineering Corp. and then Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. ’s (CCE) Environmental Affairs Department where he was involved with and managed Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments; inspection, sampling and remediation of hazardous substances; and the creation and development of an environmental management system database/website. He then transitioned to a managerial role in CCE’s Facilities Department, where he supervised the construction, renovation and property management of Office and Industrial buildings in the Northeast Region.
Following CCE, Mr. Gardner joined NAI KLNB, one of the largest full service commercial real estate firms in the Mid Atlantic region, where he specializes in the leasing and sales of Office and Flex buildings, representing the interests of tenants, landlords, as well as buyers and sellers. An investor in commercial real estate, he owns and sells investment properties.
Mr. Gardner is valued by his clients because of his extensive experience and he employs a solid understanding of the needs and wants of both parties to a transaction.
