• Member of the sales and leasing team in the $77 Million sale of the nearly 1,000,000 square foot Meadows Business Park, a mix of office, flex and retail product at exit 16 on the Baltimore Beltway
• Represented both Landlord and Tenant in the leasing of 191,102 square feet of warehouse space to C. Steinweg (Baltimore) Inc.
• Represented the Landlord in the leasing of 133,000 square feet of warehouse space to Windspeed Logistics – agent for Cowan Systems
• Represented Landlord in leasing of 40,000 sf of warehouse space to PW Feats
• Represented tenant in leasing of 25,025 sf of warehouse space to Flemming & Sheeley – Abby Carpet
