Steve joined KLNB after spending twenty years with The John Akridge Company in downtown Washington D.C. As Senior Vice President, Steve oversaw the construction and leasing of numerous landmark Class ‘A’ office buildings in Washington D.C. Steve worked in the New York office of I.M. Pei & Partners. He specializes in office leasing and investment sales in the Washington Metro area, including Northern Virginia.
