Timothy Gardner’s career in commercial real estate began over a decade ago in the in the environmental field at Brook Environment & Engineering Corp. and then Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. ’s (CCE) Environmental Affairs Department where he was involved with and managed Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments; inspection, sampling and remediation of hazardous substances; and the creation and development of an environmental management system database/website. He then transitioned to a managerial role in CCE’s Facilities Department, where he supervised the construction, renovation and property management of Office and Industrial buildings in the Northeast Region.

Walter Patton specializes primarily in the leasing and sale of warehouse and manufacturing buildings, and the sale and/or redevelopment of raw and under-utilized commercial and industrial land sites. Since joining NAI KLNB in 1982, he has also been responsible for the sale and development of over 900 acres of land and the lease or sale of 4,000,000 square feet of buildings in Baltimore, Carroll, Charles, Howard, Talbot, and Washington Counties. Mr. Patton was made a principal of NAI KLNB in 1991 and has since broadened his business portfolio to include commercial offerings and the analysis and sale of re-development properties.

- Sale of 250,000 square foot manufacturing plant on 50 acres in Easton, Maryland for Black and Decker
- Representation of General Dynamics in the development of a build to suit and lease of a 151,000 square foot manufacturing facility
